Abstract

Today, in terms of the economic crisis Ukraine, a significant devaluation of the currency, reducing the effective
consumer demand volatility demand for the firms, even the food industry enterprises in implementing austerity funds especially
urgent the efficient management personnel. The basis of incentives for workers who are engaged in selling, put
this fundamental principle - the establishment of a direct relationship between wage and indicators of the performance of
the enterprise: the volume of industrial output value, net sales in terms of value, the amount of net income enterprise.
The comparison of existing systems with existing reserves motivation efficiency HR baker and current direction
