Abstract

Prospects and basic directions of their development are grounded on the basis of generalization of present information
about the problems of functioning of enterprises of food industry. Ways and methods of increase of competitiveness
of products which is produced are presented. Among them are ecological unconcern of consumption, addictiveness
of market positions, wide introduction of innovative developments, use of untraditional methods of management,
transformation changes of management, creation of conditions for studies and in-plant training personnel, orientation on
the level of search of users, providing of high quality of products, use of high-tech technologies
