ADMINISTRATIVE WORK AND ITS ORGANIZATION IMPROVEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Scientific approaches to definition of the essence of categories "administrative work" and
"organization of administrative work" have been generalized, as a result their author\'s definition has been
formulated.. Administrative work is recommended to understand as a form of social work which primary
purpose is to provide focused, coordinated activities of both individual members of joint labor process and
labor groups in general. The organization of administrative work should be interpreted as a process of
preparation and implementation of relevant measures to achieve the goal set before the system. This
process involves the development of complex regulations that define the place and role of each structural
unit of the management and each employee in the management, order of relationships between them, the
rules of relationships among management staff, forms of impact on the operation of management object,
methods of contact with environment.
The system of administrative work organisation in the state enterprise "DG" Tayirovske" has been
analysed, namely the quality of the management employees has been appreciated; complex of documents
regulating the activities of administrative staff has been studied; the evaluation of the economic efficiency of
the administrative staff has been made.
The recommendations for the improvement of managerial work in the economy by: improving its
organizational management structure; implementation and use of the passport of management employee
workplace; planning of individual managers of the economy on a scientific basis have been developed.
